Alpine Management & Real Estate Services, Inc. is located in Eagle-Vail, in Eagle County, Colorado, home of Vail and Beaver Creek. Offering a wide range of services throughout the Vail Valley, we manage vacation rental and long term rental properties, as well as home care for absentee owners. Our various rental properties range from economy lodging to luxury homes, with locations throughout the valley.
President and Managing Broker Audrey Robinson McRae has lived in the Vail Valley since 1991 and has worked in property management and Real Estate since 1992. She purchased Alpine Management & Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1998. Her husband and business partner, Matthew McRae, moved to Vail in 1994 and has been a General Contractor in the area since that time. He established Alpine Building & Development, Inc. in 2004, specializing in high end renovations, home maintenance, repairs, and new construction.

Broker Associate, Jane Brashear Ross moved to the Vail Valley in 1983 and was in the property management and real estate business for 24 years. She shifted gears for a few years to raise her son and be involved with sustainability programs. For the past three years, she has been working with Alpine Building & Development, Inc. Her background in property management paired with learning about construction and remodeling over the last few years gives her unique insight into what properties are the best fit for her clients.
